Iceland's lesbian PM is the world's first openly gay Prime Minister. Icelandic PM, Johanna Sigurdardottir, and her "wife" of 13 years, Jonina Leosdottir are the First Lady and First Lady of Iceland.

Johanna Sigurdardottir is Iceland's longest serving Member of Parliament (MP) and also the country's first female to be Prime Minister (PM).
